Naxalism
The word Naxalism is nothing new to us today. If one were to ask about Naxalism, another name for terrorism would be our definition. But let's find out who the Naxalites are and how they are born.
India became independent in 1947, but the word Naxalism has not been read in the light of ancient, medieval and modern history of India.
Where and how did the word Naxalism come from : -
The word Naxalism does not belong to any one group but can be seen all over India today. Naxalite groups can be seen in places where forests are part of the tribal areas. The word Naxalite comes from the village, there is no quarrel in this.
The beginning of the word Naxalite in India : -
The oldest party in India is the Indian National Congress, along with the Communist Party of India (December 26, 1925). At that time, the power at the center belonged to the Indian National Congress.
Charu Mujumdar, another leader of the Communist Party, played a leading role in the protests by the people of Bengal against some of the laws passed by the Center. He started an armed revolution against the government. He gathered many citizens who shared his views and formed an organization fighting against one government.
Kanu Sanyal, who helped
Charu Mujumdar shoulder to shoulder, is also known as the father of Naxals .The two also met in jail.
Charu Mujumdar and Kanu Sanyal were the first to voice their opposition to the government's land acquisition law from Naxalwadi. The leaders here say that the land belongs to those who will cultivate the land. As a result of which the land was encroached upon and the physical, financial and mental exploitation of the people was curtailed. The result of this movement was the change of power in Bengal and the establishment of the Communist Party of India.
The conflict, which started from Naxalwadi, spread like wildfire in many states of India, with many consequences. If the rules made by the government are not acceptable to the citizens of some areas, then the revolt will take place and the birth of Naxals will continue.
Review
India is a democracy and armed uprising is not allowed in India. The reasons why Naxalism is so prevalent in the rural areas of the jungle are: - The inexperience of the people there, their mutual disregard for their intentions, their lack of restraint of violence, the invisible help they get from the political leaders. It is necessary to prevent it .But these Naxalites use their shields against the tribals living there
There may be many reasons such as encroachment on forests by government or other companies, people who use them for their personal gain, political and business people, laws that do not suit them, and questions that are not understood by government officials, police, CrPf or others. . So that the common man sees no option but to take up science. And we have to take up arms to break such a tendency of the society.
